Co-Founder, Principal Consultant
Robert Bartlett has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry. After receiving a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in 1993, he spent five years at DuPont working in their Specialty Chemicals division as a project and process engineer.
Seeking to return to his home state of Maine, he accepted a position at Vishay Intertechnology, a major manufacturer of electronic components in Sanford, ME. The following year, Robert moved across the street to take a job at CYRO Industries, a leading manufacturer of acrylic sheet and molding compounds. In these companies, he held various positions in engineering, safety and environmental compliance, and operations.
In 2008, Robert left Corporate America to start a renewable energy company with four partners. Despite the best of intents, the start-up company lost its funding in the Great Recession. This traumatic event was the catalyst for a new consulting business. In the last 10 years, while Robert has helped companies with project management, process engineering, and occupational safety compliance, his main focus has been assisting companies in the improvement of their Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan programs.

Molly spent the early part of her career doing traditional process engineering, process design and project management at Monsanto and Mallinckrodt.
In 2008, Molly decided to focus her career on process safety and took a job as a Safety Consultant at ioMosaic. There she honed her skills helping clients improve the safety of their processes ranging from traditional chemical processes, to oil refining, commercial bakeries, solar power, and explosives. After that Molly spent several years at a Phillips 66 Refinery as a pressure relief subject matter expert providing guidance on Code compliance and risk mitigation for over pressure scenarios.
Molly is happy to be returning to a broader process safety consulting role at Amplify where she can utilize her broad chemical engineering background to help clients bring their process safety programs up to a world class level. Molly’s goal is to help companies ensure that all of their employees return home safely every day.
