Rob Bartlett
Co-Founder, Principal Consultant

Rob Bartlett has nearly 30 years of experience in the chemical industry.  After receiving a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in 1993, he spent five years at DuPont working in their Specialty Chemicals division as a project and process engineer.

Seeking to return to his home state of Maine, he accepted a position at Vishay Intertechnology, a major manufacturer of electronic components in Sanford, ME. The following year, Rob moved across the street to take a job at CYRO Industries, a leading manufacturer of acrylic sheet and molding compounds. In these companies, he held various positions in engineering, safety and environmental compliance, and operations.

In 2008, Rob left Corporate America to start a renewable energy company with four partners.  Despite the best of intents, the start-up company lost its funding in the Great Recession.  This traumatic event was the catalyst for a new consulting business.  In the last 13 years, while Rob has helped companies with project management, process engineering, and occupational safety compliance, his main focus has been assisting companies in the improvement of their Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan programs.
